PROFILE:

Customer service and sales professional who interacts directly with customers to provide exceptional service and promote the sale of the company's products or services.


FUNCTIONS:

Make and promote sales of products and services through phone calls, effective handling of questions and objections customers may have about sales and/or services, make calls to potential customers, with the aim to persuade them to purchase a product or service, offer advice and technical support, answer and solve questions related to the company's activities.


PRODUCTS AND SERVICES:

Video Surveillance Systems, Alarms, Local and Cloud Servers, Cloud Telephony System, Telecommunications Networks, Access Control, Smart Home, Audio Systems for Homes and Offices, Air Conditioning System for Residential and Commercial.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade and convince clients.
  • Skills to virtually team up with the rest of the company's staff located in offices in the United States, Mexico, and other countries.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling.
  • Ability to achieve sales objectives.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently.
  • Good management of technological and office tools.
  • Skills to interpret English to Spanish and Vice Versa
  • 100% Bilingual Spanish and English
  • Minimum Diversified Academic Level preferably with University Studies
  • Over 22 years old
  • Criminal and Police Records
  • Willing to serve clients from the United States
  • Resident of Cobán or Nearby Municipalities.
